Something caught my ear while walking Teabag last night, on this week's 7 Day Sunday podcast Julie Hartley-Brewer makes the following point.

Someone who goes to prison, they aren't asked to pay back the cost of the jail, or their legal fees…

If someone's on benefits and goes and gets a job they aren't expected to pay back their benefit…

But when someone goes out and gets an education…
